gently down the stream

sitting in the heavy stillness

of this too warm

summer's night.

 house finally quiet.

silent, silence.

a tiny sliver of the day.

words,

the right words

are not near.

watching days slide by.

when in Melbourne

one should not miss the

Camberwell Markets.

luck found me in Sydney over the weekend;

Friday morning saw my sister and I

take in the famous

Bondi to Bronte coastal walk.

 painted dark skies

showed another side to this place.

a stop for brekkie

halfway made it a

very pleasant way to

start the day.

can't help myself noticing flowers today,

its the first day of spring here.
